Chris Foss

Chris Foss received his Ph.D. in history from the University of Colorado, Boulder. His main research interests include the global Pacific Northwest, regional politics, and U.S. foreign relations during the Cold War. He published an article on the U.S. Congress for Passport, the newsletter of the Society for Historians of American Foreign Relations, and he has a forthcoming (Fall 2017) article on Governor Victor Atiyeh's relationship with Japan for the Oregon Historical Quarterly.
