Ronald Kramer
Ronald Kramer worked in broadcasting at radio stations in Cleveland and Chicago and as a director for the ABC Radio Network, before settling into teaching radio and television, initially at Lewis and Clark College in Portland and later at Southern Oregon University (SOU) in Ashland. He served as Executive Director of SOU’s 22-station public radio network, Jefferson Public Radio, from 1974 - 2012 while also consulting for the Metropolitan Opera International Radio Network, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and a variety of other organizations. He is the author of Pioneer Mikes: A History of Radio and Television in Oregon and A Century of Fellowship for the Rogue River Valley University Club.
